This sounds like a great pr move — they may not recover from this one!
MGM and Mandalay Bay Hotel are suing 1,000 people in the Las Vegas shooting. You have to remember 58 people were killed. This is not a suit to get money but rather to tell the judge the hotel wasn’t at fault in case or if these people sue. The hotel had no fault in that idiot, using hotel employees to take in to his room a lot of heavy guns. This also put other hotel customers and employees in harm’s way.
Do you want to have bad pr and be hated by everyone or are you clueless? If you didn’t have a reason for not staying at the Mandalay Bay or an MGM hotel, this might be a good idea.
