UNM Kills Soccer and all its supporters.
It was bad enough that the UNM Soccer Team was told they were history as of next summer – they could play in fall ’18 and spring ’19. But they lied. On Wednesday, the Soccer Team was told that could not play in the spring.
Parents and students are livid. They were going to transfer out of UNM in the summer but now have to do it in December if they stand a chance of playing. They also have to rush their decision.
As usual, UNM has the interests of students dead last. It is not like UNM has had record enrollment because their enrollment is dropping like a rock. One reason is that UNM has become a 4th rate university. A second reason is that students can find better resources elsewhere. The students can go to a college that values students and doesn’t treat them like expendable trash. SAD! What business is UNM in again?
