Small Businesses

It's right around the corner.
Celebrate your community with the small businesses that make it special.
American Express is promoting Small Business Saturday on November 25. I can’t say enough about it. But why do we promote small businesses only on one day?

Sure, we all have to use big-box stores but small businesses are the life-blood of this country. Small businesses were here long before big-box stores. Small businesses give us the gifts, foods, and services that the big-boxes stores can’t provide. We would be in deep trouble without small businesses.

So, this holiday shopping time, go to big-box stores but also spend an equal time visiting small businesses. Buy made local not made in China or somewhere else OUT OF THE U.S. It is important. And frankly, you can probably read the directions for your purchase easier.
