Another case of stupidity rules!
The Sunspot Observatory is now open. It seems – or what we are being told – is that one of the computers at the Observatory was accessing porn and someone was threatening employees. And that is why the FBI had to swoop in on Blackhawk helicopters, close the Observatory, post office, and tell people to leave their homes (because of black mold!). Talk about overkill! Though they were going to restrict access for months, they probably had to open after a week because people were breaching the very secure CAUTION Tape and the incident made headlines across the world. People also thought the Observatory found ALIENS! It was a PR nightmare. I still think the FBI wanted to hang out there in quiet.
